How it Works?

A PARTNERSHIP WITH A CLEAR GOAL

FLOW Partnership is designed to build the infrastructure your business needs to grow, and to hand it over.

This is not an open-ended retainer. It's a defined engagement with a clear goal and a natural exit point. Over 8 to 12 months, we install the structure, systems, and marketing infrastructure your business needs to grow.

When the partnership ends, the processes stay.

The visibility system stays, and the partnership naturally transitions into lighter strategic support to keep it fine-tuned.

Phase 0 — FLOW Assessment (Weeks 1–2 · Paid separately)

Before we build anything, we start with a focused assessment of your business and systems.

This phase includes:

Review of your current offer, positioning, and operations
Analysis of your marketing, visibility, and customer flow
Identification of structural gaps and growth bottlenecks
Definition of the systems and foundations your business actually needs

Outcome: A clear roadmap outlining what needs to be built, in what order, to professionalize the business.

This "FLOW Asessment" phase is paid separately and sets the direction for the partnership. You can decide to implement or not the following phases.

Phase 1 — Foundation (Months 1–4)

Based on the Flow Assessment, our collaboration starts here. We will start working on the strategic foundations and systems for your business.

This phase includes:

Monthly 60-minute strategy sessions
Clarification and structuring of your offers, positioning, and customer flow
Infrastructure building: Lead capture systems, CRM, nurturing sequences, offer clarity, editorial plan, content rhythm

This is where the business starts shifting from intuition to structure.

Phase 2 — Visibility (Months 5- end)

Once the core systems are in place, we activate the marketing layer.

This phase includes:

Marketing campaigns planning
Content editorial planning, and production
Partnerships, collaborations, ambassador programs
PR, & media placements
Meta/ Google ads, lead generation campaigns

The focus here is making the business solid, stable, and scalable in marketing visibility.

Phase 3 — Strategic Follow-Up (Optional)

Once the core systems and structure are in place, some brands choose to stay connected through on-demand strategic advisory sessions.

This phase is designed for businesses already operating independently after Phase 2, but want experienced marketing perspective for new campaigns, offers, new launches, navigating key marketing decisions, transitions, or growth moments.

Support at this stage is:

Strategic, not operational
Occasional, not ongoing
Focused on decision-making, not execution

After the partnership: Once the systems are running, we recommend FLOW Care; a monthly maintenance to keep everything performing. And when the strategy needs updating (new campaigns, seasonal shifts, SEO direction), Advisory Sessions are available with me, or specialist collaborators from our network.

Minimum 3 months of Flow Care post-partnership. After that, optional.

This is what building visibility looks like when you hire piece by piece. One freelancer, one agency, one retainer at a time. No shared strategy. No compound effect. And when someone leaves, they take their part of the system with them.

Hiring a marketing strategist / consultant: €2,000 month.
Copywriter — newsletters, email, social media, SEO: €1,500 month.
Community manager: €1,000 month.
PR agency or consultant: €2,000 month.
Paid ads management: €800month.
Paid ads budget: €1,000 month.
Customer service support: €1,000 –month.
Website manager: €500 month.

Total: €9,800 per month/ €117,600 per year

Year 2: €120,000 — same hires, higher rates, same gaps.
Year 3: €123,000 — still no central system. Still no compound effect.

Every year costs more. Nothing stays when someone leaves.

Flow Partnership & It's compounding effect:

Instead of managing eight different people with eight different retainers — one engagement that builds everything and leaves it running.

FLOW Partnership: from €1,500 per month /€18,000 per year

4-month minimum.
Typical engagement: 8–12 months after Assessment.

A real example: A mid-size surf camp or wellness retreat; established operation, 2-4 staff, growing faster than the structure can hold. Leads coming in but not being captured. Marketing happening reactively. Founder still the answer to everything.

Year 1:

FLOW Assessment: from €900 (paid once)
FLOW Partnership — 8 months from €1,500/month/ €12,000 year

Total Year 1: €12,900

Year 2+:

FLOW Care monthly maintenance: from €290/month · €3,480/year
4 quarterly Advisory Sessions: from €2,000/year

Total Year 2: from €5,480

Reference scenario — scope and investment are defined after the Assessment. FLOW Systems is available separately and not included in FLOW Partnership.
