A PARTNERSHIP WITH A CLEAR GOAL
FLOW Partnership
is designed to help you professionalise your business.

We work together to install the right structure, systems, and strategic foundations so your business can grow with confidence and stability.


This collaboration is meant to last from 8 to 12 months.


Once your systems are in place and your business is ready to operate with clarity, the partnership naturally comes to a close or transitions into lighter strategic support.

Phase 0 — FLOW Systems Assessment (Weeks 1–2)

We start with a focused assessment of your business and systems.


This phase includes:

  • Review of your current offer, positioning, and operations
  • Analysis of your marketing, visibility, and customer flow
  • Identification of structural gaps and growth bottlenecks
  • Definition of the systems and foundations your business actually needs
     

Outcome: A clear roadmap outlining what needs to be built, in what order, to professionalize the business.


This "FLOW Asessment" phase is paid separately and sets the direction for the partnership. You can decide to implement or not the following phases.



Phase 1 — Strategic Foundation & Systems Build (Months 1–6)

Based on the Flow Assessment, our collaboration starts here. We will start working on the strategic foundations and systems for your business.


This phase includes:

  • Monthly 60-minute strategy sessions
  • Clarification and structuring of your offers and positioning
  • Implementation guidance for marketing, content, editorial, and visibility systems
  • Building processes that support growth and decision-making

This is where the business starts shifting from intuition to structure.

Phase 2 — Optimization (Months 7 / up to 12)

Once the core systems are in place, we focus on refining and stabilising them.


This phase includes:

  • Strategic optimisation of campaigns and visibility
  • Support with partnerships and PR opportunities
  • Performance insights and strategic adjustments
  • Strengthening the structure so it can run without constant external input
     

The focus here is making the business solid, stable, and scalable.



Phase 3 — Strategic Follow-Up (Optional)

Once the core systems and structure are in place, some brands choose to stay connected through on-demand strategic advisory sessions.


This phase is designed for businesses already operating independently after Phase 2, but want experienced external perspective when navigating key decisions, transitions, or growth moments.


Support at this stage is:

  • Strategic, not operational
  • Occasional, not ongoing
  • Focused on decision-making, not execution
     

There is no retainer and no monthly commitment at this stage. Advisory sessions are paid separately and on demand.

How long is this partnership?

Most FLOW Partnerships run between 8 to 12 months, depending on the complexity and maturity of the business. This timeframe starts after the initial FLOW Assessment, once the strategic roadmap is defined and approved.
