How it Works

Step 1 — Discovery Call (free)


We start with a conversation. You explain your business, how guests contact you today, and where enquiries are currently falling through. 

If FLOW Systems is a good fit, you receive a clear proposal with scope and investment defined.

Step 2 — Business & Communication Mapping


Once you confirm you want to move forward, we run a deeper analysis of your customer flow. 

We map your most common questions, where leads get lost, what should be automated and what should stay human. 


This ensures the system is built for your business, not copied from a template.

Step 3 — Installation (4 to 6 weeks)


This is where the system gets built. Based on the mapping we did in Step 2, we design and install your FLOW Systems setup from scratch. No generic templates. No copy-paste chatbot flows.

Step 4 — System Care (required, monthly)

System Care works like any SaaS or booking platform you already use. If it is cancelled, the system is deactivated.
